ACR Robbed me
First sorry for my english guys, its not very good, im going to explain what happened to me with ACR.
I opted-in for the 100 free bet on the superbowl, http://www.americascardroom.eu/online-poker-promotions/mo-mo-mo-super-bowl/, the first day of the promo, february first, promo was activated. It was 5 tiers of 5usd, and 3 of 25usd. I completed the first 5 tier in like 2 or 3days, then the promo got stucked, never update, and like 12hours ago, i started to check how many points i did made, and how much of the promo i should have, surprise for me i had made 1040RP, of the 1100RP to clear the whole bet. I entered to chat support, and talk to an agent called Jill F, we talked for like 2 hours, she acknowledge all of this, told me it was a issue with the software, that i should have like 1040RP in the promo, and this was going to be fixed as fast as they can, this was 8am here, i entered like 7 hours later, nothing was changed, talked to another agent, told me to wait 1 hour and that everything was going to be fixed, nothing happen.
Entered 2 hours later, and talked to a floor supervisor called Taylor D, he refused to told me his complete name, told me his name was only Taylor. He gave me the final solution, that was that my points of "today" were accountable, but the rest not because the promo wasnt active... the promo was active for the complete 7 days!!!!, he told me this was final and nothing else can be done.
I told him i was going to post this everywhere, because im feeling robbed(dont know if its the right word), they are not taking responsability of the promo not counting my points, even if this was recognized by another agent, i told this to Taylor he told me , Taylor D:
What I am right here to you is final, I am sorry if one of my agents made a mistake and provide wrong information to you.
I have to tell this to the poker community, maybe its nothing for some of you, because its 75usd, but i cant trust anymore in ACR, they are not being responsible about their mistake, even if one their employes told me they made a mistake, and clearly im feeling they take all of the rake that i made, and not giving me the benefits they promised.
