can someone tell how to cash in points on gala poker, a month ago i did by going to my account - my profile- cash in poker player points
Now when i go to my profile it opens the same page as if i clicked cashier and opens deposit options

Obviously support is terrible and they are not ansewring for 3 days and online chat is not working.

@plavi9 have you tried to convert points via logging on to the website?

I spoke to a player today who plays there and it seems this may be a bug on the client so hopefully they will have this resolved soon. If I hear of anything else I will let you know.

Can you PM me your Gala login name + email + amount of points you want to convert please? I will request with Gala to have these manually converted for you for now.

they manually converted my points and they told me they cant when i asked them

Yes its not always easy to get these resolutions with support, but glad our guy at Gala was able to sort it for you in the end
