As long as you used our link and your account is tracked correctly you will get the first deposit bonus. Unfortunately information on live support chats is not always accurate but the offer is in place don't worry.

OK well it will be credited as long as you are tracked, it just needs to be done manually after deposit for Neteller. If you want, you can deposit and then let me know and I can ask them to credit it for you, but you should just be able to ask their support once you have.

Another option is we can send in to check if you are tracked correctly, but this could take some time. If you want to do that then just PM me your login name + email there.
