Unibet Hand Sharing and Table Sizing

Posted 9 years agoEdited 9 years ago

Hey y'all. 2 Questions about unibet.

1) Is there anyway to share a hand? I can't copy and paste a hand from handhistory so I can't put it into weaktight or onto a forum.

I guess the only way is to manually write it out? Eugh!

2) Is there any way to make the tables smaller other than just the obvious drag from the corner of the table screen. On my laptop I can only see 4 tables and they overlap so even with 4 its pretty horrible. I can't figure out how to make them smaller.

Happy grinding

Hey buddy

1) No sadly not. However many people on this forum play on Unibet and they use a snipping tool such as This to grab the HH from the chat. This seems to work well.

2) Hey buddy dragging is the only way however maybe give this tile feature a try:

I gave it a try myself on a PC and it didn't seem to make them smaller than the max drag option but it is maybe worth a try.

Hope that helps.

1) Ah yeah good idea. I have puush so that'll do the job.

2) Dang guess I'll just struggle along on 4 tables for now.

When you open 6 tables try the tiling option i screenshot. Always worth a try!

Also have you tried changing the resolution of your screen? Our resident computer geek expert @MattVIP may be able to help you with this.

On most modern screens, resolutions other than native one scale very poorly and look very unpleasant so I'm sure it's not an issue in @5amue1's case. I'm afraid dragging the window is the only way of resizing it in Unibet's software.

However! When it comes to computers (or life in general) "where there's a will, there's a way". The one thing you could try is the application like Sizer to force certain resolution on Unibet's tables. Keep in mind that I've never tested this and it can present numerous issues (Unibet table might not scale well to the resolution that you want to force on it), but nothing you can't solve with a quick poker room reinstallation (worst case scenario). So, since you can't really break anything you might as well try it out!

Other possible solutions: get used to stacked view (only one table visible at all times with the one requiring your immediate attention in the foreground). It will feel unpleasant at first and might take you a couple of days, but it has some advantages and some multi-tablers seem to favor this solution. You can also consider buying an external monitor capable of displaying 1920x1080 resolution. You'd have to make sure that your laptop can drive it (most likely true unless your laptop is ancient) and that you have appropriate port to connect the monitor to (let me know if you decide to buy a monitor and we'll figure it out).

I hope this helps.

@Jon-PokerVIP I prefer the term 'nerd'. You can also add 'sweaty' or even 'extra sweaty' for good measure (inside joke from the show I like to watch).
