That's not that bad, bottom set is quite vulnerable once another Ace comes, villain likely has a fair amount of outs and he also has a piece of it from the start.

I had one the other day on PKR playing 5/10 cent was in SB vs BB, I raise 30 he re-raise to 90 I 3 bet to $1.80 he pushes for $8.91 I call I got QQ he as A9 flop 6Q10 turn 7 river 8 after that i was gone lol
