Hi,

I am selling up to 50% of my action in the upcoming morning grind on Pokerstars:

Starts next saturday afternoon (tomorrow).

No mark-up, straight split on any winnings, as this is my first post here.

The events and details:

Game: 45man turbo
BI: 3.50 dls
Style of play: 3 sessions of 6 tables to maximize winnings (~3.5 hours, it will begin aprox 14PM BRT or when all the shares being sold)
Total BI: 63 dls
My part: 31.50 dls

For share: 31.50

As said, i am keeping 50% and selling up to 50%:

10% - $3.15 dls
20% - $6.30 dls
30% - $9.45 dls
~
100% - $31.50 dls (100% represents a share of 50% of all money won in all SNGs played).

I currently accept transfer only in Stars to better keep track of it: Unf01d (paste/copy it)

Iam currently a regular of 45man turbo SNG (for about 4 month). As i already beat the 50 cents and now the 1.50 dls and iam moving up the ladder to the 3.50 dls and beyond, as you can see in my chart.

Confusing the way you've put it LOL but if I buy 30% for $9.45 it will be 15% of any winnings?

I read it as a straight up

He has 50% for sale

Whatever we buy for we get that % of cash back.

So buy 30%. He cashes for $90, means we get $30 back.

If this is correct im innnnnnnn

Sorry for the confusing guys, i will try to clear it:

I will keep 50% of the winning, as iam "buying" 50% of the total BI.

The remaing 50% of the winnings will be shared.

So if you buy all the 50% remaining, you will got 50% of the total prize pool, but if u buy only 30% of 50% and i cash for 100 dls, you will get (100-50=50 | 30% of 50 = 15 dls). So you invested 9.45 to get 15 dl.

The way Jon puts is also right, but the view is another one: he buys 30% of the total 50% iam selling. In this part "10% - $3.15 dls - 20% - $6.30 dls - 30% - $9.45 dls ~ 100% - $31.50 dls" is like he is buying 60% of all parts, 'cause 30% of 50% is equal to 60% of 100%, i just divide it to try to facilite, but seems that it doesnt work at all haha.

Therefore the fact that 30% of 90 dls cashed in his example will not be 30 dls.

Sorry for all the confusion guys, iam br and maybe my english skills arent working so good. I hope you can understand it and if not i will just make it simples like that:

If i won 100 dls and you buyed 100% of the share, you invest 31.50 dls and i invest 31.50 dls, so we will split the money by half, as i cant simply send you 100 dls and stay with nothing at all, since we invest the same amount.

This statement makes no sense "If i won 100 dls and you buyed 100% of the share, you invest 31.50 dls and i invest 31.50 dls" if we bought 100% that leaves you not putting money in.We cant buy 100% for 31.50 and then you put 31.50 in as that doesnt add up.

If someone stumps up 31.50 for 50% of your suggestion,then they receive 50% of total winnings. So should you cash for $100 and ive bought 50% i receive $50.Its simple.
You still need to clariffy whats on offer as it makes no sense still.

Yes, you will receive 30 dls if you buy 30% of the 50% iam selling and i cash for 100 dls.

But you will pay 18.90 dls to buy this 30%.

10% = 6.30 dls
20% = 12.60 dls
30% = 18.90 dls
40% = 25.20 dls
50% = 31.50 dls

Right we got there in the end,Just state its straight percentage split. You confused people with this 10% of 50% and so on.

Just say im selling up to 50% its a straight split,you buy 10% for 10% of winnings etc.

Man my head hurts. I'm not the best at maths let alone at 4 am lol. Was the 10% of 50% which confused me. Simpler to say selling 50% and the percentages are of the total buy in not a percentage of the share. Anyway! I'll take 15% of the total buyin. Will send on stars in the morning!

Sorry Ash, i totally forgot to open my search in PS, it wont happen next time, i boomed all the hands above. Sadly we run so bellow EV even making almost all the right decisions. Money sent back, plus 10% failure insurance as a bonus.
