Get response from bwin about the first deposit bonus, They say not get it cause any deposit with Neteller, skryll, ukash, etc is not included in the bonus promo (so what is left to deposit credit card?) But, they say that "in my case" they could add the welcome bonus anyway , guessing was because tracked to you guys, so thanks, bonus is there now, issue solved.
Next question, how much time it takes to appear the vip points from raked $ in my dashboard and in promo board?. and how often is updated?, thanks.

You should add your screen name (name at the tables) to your dashboard under 'Poker Rooms' and once you have raked and the report comes in, yours stats will be visible on the site. Hope this helps!
