Me again, installed the MPN mod but can't get it to open from the start menu. I installed to the racetrack view and changed the folder names, I must have done something wrong.

MPN mod is different than ipoker one. Assuming you installed it in the correct folder you don't need to use a separate application to enable the mod. Just open your poker software and when you're at the table from the menu in top right corner choose racetrack view (that's the only type that is modified by the mod). Let me know if that helped.

I'm ashamed to ask this, but still is it possible to use it on non-pokervip ipoker skin? sorry again, I just love your work on the screenshots.

I always have had the racetrack view ticked in the upper right so there was nothing to change there.

1- It is possible that I have installed this in the wrong place.
2-It is possible I have changed the name of the folders incorrectly. I had two separate goes at it a couple of weeks apart. I may need specific instructions on exactly which characters to replace with exactly which new characters and which file names to alter and which not to touch. Since I am not certain which and how I have changed, it may be better to re-install BetVic and go from there.

Last time I checked correct BetVic directory for the mod was:
C:.Microgaming.Poker.BetVictorPokerMPP.theme.betvictorpoker.global.views.racetrackview (I used "dot" instead of "slash" because slash gets removed from my post for some reason). I checked that after microgaming introduced their new "fun view" or wathever it's called so it should still work fine. If you don't mind that I'd reinstall BetVictor before modding it. Also before installing the mod trace the directory I provided above and make sure it exist. Let me know if that helped.

No need to be ashamed:) There are some skins included in the mod that are no longer supported by PokerVIP or not supported in certain countries (like Winner, Coral etc.). Also I included all of the most trusted ipoker skins in the mod and I wouldn't recommend playing on ones that aren't included for safety reasons.

Ok, so just to be clear, once I go ahead and reinstall BV, then the only file name I should alter is the one above, where I am installing mod, and I should replace everywhere I see "StanJames" with "BetVictor ? Leave the characters "gib" and/or "poker" alone ? Touch or not touch other adjuncting, similar file names ?

Hey. After you reinstall BV try to follow the path i posted above to find out if it's actually correct. Go to your C drive -> then folder called "Microgaming" -> then the one called"Poker" -> then "BetVictorPokerMPP" etc. untill you reach the last folder in the directory i posted above (C: Microgaming Poker BetVictorPokerMPP theme betvictorpoker global views racetrackview - again I can't use "slash" sign on PokerVIP forum for some reason).

If it is correct copy the directory from your address bar and use it during installation. If not let me know and we'll figure it out.

Im getting the following error with coral poker:

I have followed the instructions but still cant get this to work

Coral is installed in C:Program Files (x86)Coral Poker

OK just realised I was trying the IpokerStars mod. I have since downloaded the normal Ipokermod which works. How do I get the IpokerStars mod to work as I prefer the look of that?

I did open the mod. Like I said, the normal mod works fine, but the ipokerstars one is causing the error

Hmmmmm... Since you said that regular ipoker mod works fine for you one thing you could try is to install the ipoker mod pack. Go into your poker skin directory. Copy the "Default" folder to your desktop. Uninstall ipoker mod pack. Install iPokerStars mod. Copy the "Default" folder from your desktop into your poker skin directory and replace the files.

If that doesn't work you can try this:
1. Install the iPokerStars mod to your skin directory.
2. Don't open the mod or the software.
3. Now you have to copy original files from your poker skin and replace some moded files in "Default" folder:

Copy all files from (Coral directory)(data)(table)(topview) to (Coral directory)(Default)(Coral)(TopView)
from (data)(table)(topview)(cards) to (Default)(Coral)(Cards)
from (data)(table)(topview)(coins) to (Default)(Coral)(TopCoins)
from (data)(table)(topview)(buttons) to (Default)(Coral)(Buttons)

One of this solutions should work. If not let me know and we'll think of something else.

"Slash" sign is automatically removed from my post so I used brackets to represent folders in solution number 2. Hope that's not confusing.

Well this doesn't make any sense. Especially because ipoker mod pack seams to be working for you and I used the same "Default" files and slightly modified but still virtually the same application written in C# for the iPokerStars mod.

Ipoker returns the error that you're getting if the poker room assets are different than the default poker skin assets when you open it. ipoker checks that again when you open a table for the first time.. This is why the app is necessary for the mod to work. When you open the app and click Coral poker icon the following happens:
1. App performs function that copy-pastes files from the "Default" folder included in the app to make sure poker room is always in its default state when you open it.
2. Then you get MessageBox with some instructions.
3. And finally app tries to start the process called casino.exe (basically it opens the poker room exe file).

This is where step 1 of the modding process ends.

So if you're getting the error that you described before you proceed with step 2 of modding process only 3 things (that I can think off) can be wrong:
1. "Default" folder in ipoker mod pack (which works for you) is different than the one in iPokerStars mod (that's why I asked you to try fix number 1 from my last post).
2. I included wrong default files in my mod (fix number 2 from my post would've fixed that).
3. The CopyFile function in iPokerStars mod is written incorrectly (can't be the case because it's the same as in ipoker mod pack + I'm looking at my code right now and I can't find anything wrong with it).

If I misunderstood you and you get your error in step 2 let me know!

You can also try brute force approach. Install iPokerStars mod. Open Coral using desktop shortcut (not my app!). Open and close random table. Use my app ONLY for step 2. That way you should be able to mod your poker room but next time you open it (again using poker room exe and not my app!) you'll get the error message. If so open poker room again (using exe not the app) and let poker room update itself.

P.S. Unless someone else reports problems with Coral poker you're one in like 800 people that I have trouble helping with the mod so consider yourself severely under EV when it comes to poker mods;)

OK so I downloaded and tried PaddyPower, and that works with the ipokerstars mod. Coral still doesnt work though.

Its no big deal as Ill probably deposit on PP now that I know the mod works with that

1) Which mod are you referring to? What operating system do you use? As I wrote in FAQ it's possible that mod isn't compatible with Windows XP (never tested any of them on this system). It's also possible that you have outdated .NET framework library installed. If so you can download the newest here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653

2) Although as stated in EULA PokerVIP doesn't take any responsibility for any damage table mods may cause this is most likely a false positive. Well over a thousand people downloaded the mods already and there's no negative feedback so far. I scanned ever mod before uploading it to Mediafire with AVG and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
