I am just wondering, why are some nick in rake race censored (like a*n*c*s)? It is rake race shared with other site and it is players from there?

No this is just to protect players identification. For some rooms, players login details are shown, this is why.

Any ideas why I can't get my Coral account to track? Tried both login and screenname in my dashboard and both would just say screenname unconfirmed. Haven't had any rakeback since joining. Thanks.

Hi jongordon84,

Sounds like there was a tracking issue with your account. When did you sign up please? And you have raked on the account yes? Coral is convert points at anytime, not paid weekly rb just in case you didn't know. Email me your login + email and I will check for you.

Hi keri I'm still having issues does work on either the app or direct browser on phone. Galaxy s5, works fine on laptop. It's like I have the wrong country settings tracked to my phone or something

Unfortunately the country I live in you guys cant give me an offer except a retag For a site I was Allready active on.

Too bad, especially For me, but your customer support lacked once we found out there are no promo's For me. They quitted conversationele immediately, while a better way Would have been to tell me how unfortunately I am and that I Will be contacted with new offers in the future.

While this is more advanced customer service mostly offered in other industries by top service firms, the lack of contact history in your database is sad. Don't double contact people with promo's They cant use!

So, howerver you Could'nt provide me with a Nice promo I'm providing you guys with Some golden tips. Hope you can use it !

In the meantimeb while I wait For a new offer, could you rank me up so I can watch more coaching video's ?

Hi there,

I wanted to play on FullTilt in the Online Poker league. To do this I needed to download it via the Poker Tube link, but clicked the wrong link without realizing it (fish alert) and registered a new account with them but it now isn't linked to PokerTube.
I can't seem to get an answer from PokerTube support - I tried to add them on skype but no reply - and the online chat there didn't work either so I came here.

Is it possible to have the account fixed so it goes through PokerTube or links it or whatever it does?

I have no idea what I'm talking about by the way so sorry if I don't make clear sense.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

@KufuT Haha well as I understood it was after 10 posts + 7 days you can use it, but yes seems your message came through and yes you will be able to use it properly after the 10 posts.

thx for your support. Now I'm reading my post again it seems like a rant, while I just wanted to give feedback. Probably language barriers Smile But I just really have a bad experience with companies that use 1)hard selling techniques and 2) don't use proper CRM etc. Just shows where the main interests in the company lies, and it isn't with their customers:)

That said, I live in belgium and they are quite strict. They've blocked all sites that aren't regulated so only sites left are PS, Unibet, Ladbrokes(I think it's microgaming network), Bwin and some really small local like Golden Palace.

Unfortunately I have an account at all of them, except Ladbrokes. I do am timing out for 6months on Bwin to get your offer for a retag on Bwin. I haven't ever played on Bwin, or deposit, I only made the account to look at the traffic.

If you guys could hook me up with something for Unibet I would really be delighted as well. 1 problem: i have an active account

And finally, maybe a bit in the gray zone, would you get in trouble by playing through vpn on a site that isn't regulated for Belgian citizens?
