Im trying to deposit at tigergaming from the UK , none of the ewallets are working.According to neteller support , this merchant isn't allowed to operate in the UK and there is getting geoblocked.How do you get your money on there?

Sorry, but at this point I have to use the forum. Five times I talked to a Chat employee, every time I got the guarantee one will help me... Sad
My problem, I am tracked at Betway via PokerVIP. I am correctly tracked, "Black Tier". Unfortunately my Poker Room ist still NOT confirmed at the pokervip homepage. Two or three of the chat people told me the will contact the support team. Oh, did I recommended I have used the skype channel, too? Three times.

@IstuU Super tilted to hear you are having troubles with our support and sorry for us both that I am probably the 5th person you have spoke to.

When you say tracked on homepage I assume you mean in your my account area under poker rooms....to track data?

If you tell me what you have tried and maybe include a screenshot I can help you from there. I am sure again this is annoying for you to repeat it but it is the best I can do sorry

Hi IstuU,

Add your screen name IstuU to BetVictor ad you will see rake tracking.

I do apologise and I do understand this is confusing - but if you do this you will be able to track your rake.

@IstuU Sorry to hear about the problems you are having.

Few things to keep in mind:

1. You do not need your stats to show up in PokerVIP in order to be tracked.
2. We receive data from poker rooms intermittently i.e. We are dependent on the rooms to provide us with the info you see
3. We are taking steps to ensure our support team are better prepared to deal with such queries in the future.

Hi.. still no Info for my tracking on PartyPoker. My Name there is Ch1llBuddy and e-mail as noted. Waiting for tracking since 05.09.

Can you double check that you have added your login name to your dashboard for Party please? This is what tracks. If it is correct, can you PM me confirming your login name + email for the account please?

Gave Loginname on the 05.09.16 to your support ... Ok but here again.

Yeah I just need your details to check the status of your query. OK I can see you need to deposit and play, then once our next report comes in your rake will show. All seems fine with your account. So go ahead and play and if for some reason its still unconfirmed in a week or so, let me know, but all should be good.
