Suits Value

Suits are worth considering in Telesina as a hand in Hearts (the highest suit) stands a better chance than the same hand in a lowest suit (spades). In the event two players have a flush, the flush with the highest suit wins. If both players have the same suit (very unlikely as Telesina is played with a stripped deck) then the highest flush wins the pot.

Order of Hands

The order of hands in Telesina are itemised from highest to lowest.

Straight Flush

Five cards in sequence of the same suit.

Ace is both high and low in Telesina, but a sequence cannot run through the Ace.

Four of a Kind

Hand containing four of the same cards.

Flush

5 Cards of the same suit.

Full House

Like a full house in No Limit Hold'em. Three of a kind combined with a pair.

Straight

Five running cards. Remember in Telesina the Ace can be used as high or low.
