I've had a quick look at the T&Cs and it looks like it is for stakes 20nl and above for that challenge. What stakes were you playing?

Yeah I was playing 20NL. Tried it last week and it didn't work either. That's 4 tickets they owe me lol.

Hmm well I thought at first it must be #2 in the T&Cs as a hand challenge, which would be 50nl+ but it states that it does not include speed hands so I'm not sure.

*Only games played on 0.25/0.50 and above cash games minimum 6/9 handed (not including speed tables) qualify for any hand challenges.

Well I mean it says "Play 250 Speed Hands", so it would be a bit dumb if those were excluded. You can't trust anyone to do anything right these days though so you never know

I did actually contact support last week when it happened. Got a very nice lady on the other end who was looking into it for me. Then she just cut off LOL.

Most the other missions state clearly what the requirements are but that one doesn't say anything for some reason. I even did the fireworks mission at the same time which is also Speed hands. I completed it 4 times so played over 800 hands. Anyway, no big deal.


Edit - Now I think about it. Giving you a 5 Euro Twister ticket just for playing 200 20NL Speed hands seems a bit generous. So maybe you just got to play a bit higher. Seems odd that they don't state it though like they do with all the other missions.

Possibly yes. My guess would be its 50nl+ tables for that one, they just messed up the T&Cs, they are very vague for that promo.
