So recently Phil Galfond decided to go to Poker News and have them write an article about a player who scammed him out of $250k. The cliffs

- Lent a whale called Samuel Touli $250k
- Didn't get it back
- Outed him publicly.

Now the issue is why is Galfond allowed this platform and no one else is? Many people like Shaun Deeb who is considered the most trust worthy man in poker have been denied such a chance.

I personally think outing people should be left to you doing it personally on say a forum and that a news publication should not decide who gets to do what.
