Pre is close between 3 betting or calling. I usually call against an unknown, but 3 betting is fine too.

Flop c bet is standard.

On the turn I would continue betting to fold out some overcard floats, and to give us the option of jamming the river if we think we can get enough folds.

I think your plan can't be bad.I'm interested in hearing what others think are the drawbacks of this line.

I think this line is perfect here. If we expect him to have overcards float @Turlock we win more vs these with the c/r line. When holding T9s here we do block his hands that we expect to muck vs 2 barrels like 89s 99 TT, therefor i think going for c/r is great with this hand and barreling some other hands that doesnt block those hands. Also going for c/r with AK or something like that would be bad since we have so little EQ when we get it in but this hand still has OK EQ when called.

I might be hesitant to go for this play by default and I'd like to have some info on the player, but looking at combinatorics and where you are in your range it makes a lot of sense to go for this check/raise so I can't really hate on it.
