you mostly get called by better hands so check the flop

if he checks the flop as well bet

i hate those spots... preflop you are excited to get QQ and on the Flop the spot just sux...

So 5NL his limping range depends - has he limped alot? is he a calling station? Does he limp call and X fold to cbets? These two questions would help with the range and then my next action.

For a default without knowing much about the player, 2/3rds pot cbet here for me. When he calls pre I doubt he has JJ+ I think he would have raised again if he isnt a tricky player who slow plays pre flop.

If he xr the cbet its a Ax hand or flush draw, easy fold because after you bet, the pots going to be about $0.70 if he check raises the pots going to be $1.50-$2 and its a pot size bet that is left so I would say he is setting up for the all in on T/R.

If he flats the cbet quickly, try to pot control to showdown. If the flush gets there and he bets into you on the River I would consider folding but if its min bet you cant fold so check the price your getting.

Maybe to much for 5nl but just my theory and some assumptions.

As daveo above for me here. My only difference would be I would c-bet smaller, like 30%, a (population read on Party that is) fish wont care about bet sizing and play (mostly) fit/fold on a board like that anyway.
