I'd have bet a lot larger on the flop and rightly or wrongly I would not be folding. However, not all lag types are as loose with their stack postflop as they are preflop, just something to keep in mind for future days.

I'd cbet flop 60c, cbet turn 1.50, call it off to the shove and move on.

Definitely bigger on the flop, it's so wet and he's going to be calling with many hands that you crush. Never folding either
