Looks like a fold on the flop to me. Their raise looks very strong with a person left to act and there's not many turns we're going to continue on.

Can't really see any merits to calling on this board type with our hand, at best we're flipping if not already dead or crushed.

Not sure if we are seeing a little bit of a trend here, the TT hand you posted was somewhat similar.

This is a more extreme example however where the monotone texture and the fact the flop was three way means that folding is absolutely mandatory. The call is not close anymore, it is simply hugely losing.

I'm folding this on the flop every time. Again I think the biggest alarm should be that villain is raising multiway.

Plus all the usual caveats about the draws having decent equity etc etc there just not a lot of upside trying to stick around here when we know nothing about villain.

I think we have to expect a lot of barrels on the turn and also that many cards will make our hand less strong, so if we're looking ahead like that and the fact that he did this multiway, I think a flop fold seems good.

Generally speaking people are less likely to be semi-bluffing their draws in a multiway pot so when we get raised on the flop here after betting out I think it's just a sigh and a fold. We are out of position, and there is a single good turn card for us, which even if we hit it we still may be behind to an already made flush.

The fact that you folded to a turn barrel on the 2 of hearts brick shows that you know it was probably a bad call on the flop. Even if villain was semi-bluffing here, if he is aggressive then we are likely going to be facing this bet very frequently on the turn so if your plan is to fold on this type of card just save yourself the 11BB's and fold on the flop.

An interesting question here that nobody has addressed yet, should we be C-betting this flop? My gut says that we should be but I'm not 100% sure, checking and calling a single bet may also be acceptable. I'd be interested in hearing others thoughts on this.
