Your line would have been perfect if you just flatted the river. I think we have the best hand a lot but I never see worse calling our shove on the river. It's pretty thin to expect AQ or AT to snap our shove here.

I agree. You played the hand pretty much perfectly except for the fact that raising the river is really thin.

I agree that raising river here seems very thin. I'm never planning on folding here but I think calling down is going to be better than raising at any point. If villain checked the river to us we can for sure be betting for value, but raising here ourselves seems very thin.

I'll just echo the comments on the river raise.

When villain leads the turn he's either picked up a club draw or has two pair or better most of the time. Raising the river just makes him fold his worse Ax and we get owned by his value range. Imagine if you had AQ in his shoes, you're never calling that shove.

Just call river. If there is any point where we can still consider a raise it's the turn. By but the river we should definitely just be calling. Little bit of an overplay here.
