This kinda looks like a classic way ahead/way behind situation so it's obviously going to be player dependent but overall I like your line. Raising wouldn't have made any sense and if you think villain is capable of bluffing here I don't mind hero calling the river.

I'd be folding the river, not really giving anyone respect for bluffing into 2 people in a 3bet pot, it's insane.
