Basically bet more on the turn. Why did you make it half pot here?
If this guy is a station and you want to protect your hand, no reason to give him a good price.
So at least 3/4 pot.

A few things got there on the turn, AQ, AT, KJ etc. Usually AQ is reraising pre, but not all fishy players do it.
I don't see him having AT for calling your flop raise, so it's mainly KJ you're worried about or KQ.
He shows with QJ too sometimes like this but you have to put pressure on those worse hands that have draws too.

I think your line and bet sizing is fine.

On the flop we're happy to get it in vs a fish so the big raise is good. I think normally my sizing would be around18-20bb though.

On the turn quite a few combos we beat before now improved to a better hand, so I think your conservative size is good.

River is a clear check behind.

Against stations I would be opening larger than 3x on the button. If they are calling 3x they are calling 4.25x. It might seem a small difference but small differences on earlier streets of play compound significantly long term to bigger bets on the river where big pots are won.

3x = 6.5 bb pre 75% pot bets pot at river is 40.5 bb versus 4.25x = 9bb pot at river is 56.25 bb. You have an extra 1/6th of a stack in on the river before you have bet. This is a lot.

If they are calling and you want them to call then raise/bet bigger earlier and win more.

Turn only really completes KJ I would still bet sizeable, KJ is unlikely. These players do seem to donkbet TP a lot on these boards. They don't want to check have you check back and bink a turn.
