I might 3bet AJ pre as I don't think it's strong enough to call at UTG raise and there's people behind us who could squeeze. Turn bet is fine and I'm folding when raised. Their line does not make too much sense for value but I would not be surprised to see a set or overpair here at all.

+1 to a 3bet preflop with the of suit version.

I don't know how often people float here and check-raise a draw at these stakes.

Also if this guy has those nitty stats over a half decent sample then I think they are just too honest for us to continue.

If we have a reasonable sample on this player then I actually don't mind folding to this bit a nit when they open UTG. Against a normal player though my preference would be using offsuit AJ's as a three bet from these positions.

Post flop I think you played the hand fine except I would have bet the flop a little larger. Calling the turn check raise seems like a spew vs this nitty a player so folding and moving on seems best by far.

Once you call I like your flop and turn play, but this hand just isn't strong enough to call against a standard UTG opening range, let alone the nit who you're up against. It's a great hand to 3 bet bluff with that will have decent equity against his calling range. Being in position it's also a lot easier to pot control if we do make a top pair type hand.

Should be mix strategy between 3betting and calling preflop probably. Kinda senseless to debate over the preflop play here.

Flop is fine. Bet/fold turn is good.
