Turn is a barrel imo, your range can be AQ,AK,KK,QQ and flushes.
In this case, not only you have a set but also your K of hearts, you have tons of equity here against his entire range.
You won't get x/r so often to worry about checking stead of betting.

With the Kh and 2nd set we can just bet bet bet this hand. We lose to very few hands on the turn so we need to build a pot and get value.

I totally agree with @StratoMan. Unless you have super specific info on the villain there's no better way of playing this hand than by betting three times. You're so close to the top of your range that getting value should be your main priority and in metagame full of passive players betting is the best tool for that purpose.
