Why check the flop though, any reasons for that? I'd be betting around the 28c mark, if they want to hit it they got to pay for it in my opinion.
I would snap/fold, every straight and flush in the universe got there. Easy fold for me (some days!) without some serious soul reads.

Think its fine to fold without h in our hand. Your range will be very few Ax and lots of hearts when we take this line so no need to protect this far down our range.
