What was your reason for raising the turn? So that player 2 will check the river and you can check back too?

I know that people do this sometimes. But I think I would generally just call the turn and river on a decent blank. The 9 isn't one of course but still the check back is good.

The raise is bad as it literally achieves nothing positive in the long run.

You should flat turn and pray the river goes check check.

I actually think this is a nice non standard line.

Villain will have a lot of pair + draws that aren't folding.

If you just call and villain bets the river a lot of the time we're going to be in a bluff catching spot so you gain some protection by making the small raise.
