If you lost this hand then it's just a cooler.

Pre: Completely standard obviously.

Flop: Seems fine. I might be tempted to go closer to pot with my bet size though, if villain has an ace then he is not folding to any size and if he doesn't then he will likely be folding regardless so here I like maximising our value.

Turn: Similar analysis to the flop, I probably go a bit larger but it's not a big mistake either way. When we get raised I probably just stick the money in myself on the turn. He can show us all sorts of Ax here and my guess is that the chances of a 2NL player folding top trips is almost non-existant so just stick the money in here IMO.

River: Never doing anything but calling the jam here.

what about bigger 3bet preflop as we deep.

I would play the same line.

I don't see a need to get it in on the turn being in position and trips having less than 10% equity to catch up. We're just blowing him off his bluffs. If he checks to us on the river I would still get it in for value.

Pre flop though, I would make it a bit bigger due to stack size. You could also size your flop and turn bets accordingly to be able to shove the river without overbetting.
