What do you think with this hand?
I just don't see many players trying to rep trips like this as a bluff?
Especially vs this kind loose passive type.
I'm thinking towards a fold here.

Player 3(SB) $2.26 - VP:60 PFR:20 AF:1.5 W:60|0 STL:50|100 3B:14| CB:100|0 N:-1.76 Hands:10
Player 4(BB) $4.06 - VP:25 PFR:0 AF:2.0 W:50|100 STL:0|0 3B:0| CB:|0 N:1.02 Hands:4

Player 5(UTG) $4.28 - VP:38 PFR:10 AF:1.5 W:13|100 STL:0|33 3B:0| CB:0|25 N:0.28 Hands:21
Player 6(MP) $6.42 - VP:36 PFR:22 AF:0.7 W:55|67 STL:55|50 3B:0| CB:50|0 N:0.88 Hands:36
Player 1(CO) $2.74 - VP:27 PFR:10 AF:0.7 W:43|0 STL:0|75 3B:0|100 CB:0|50 N:-1.26 Hands:30

There is no way you can know he's a loose passive after 4 hands Cheeky

Your flop bet is pretty large, I'd usually be betting smaller on this dry of a board. Turn is fine, there's no way you can fold a hand as strong as KK here to the minraise. River I'd go with a fold. I do agree it's unlikely to be a bluff and for that sizing you're not getting good odds to find out. 76 also gets there on the river if he happened to be bluffing it on the turn.

Oh yeah, duh me, not sure why I put a label on him whilst writing, but in general just don't see many bluffs here at these stakes.
