Just check and see a river, we don't have much fold equity on turn and we turned some showdown value

Betting here is totally player dependant. It makes a lot of sense vs. some players but I'd be more inclined to check given the average NL10 player type. Besides, villain's calling range in the small blind shouldn't be too wide so he'll hit this texture somewhat often.

I am generally checking this turn back as

1. Our draw is not that strong
2. We have a little showdown value
3. If we get check raised we should fold

You definitely want to be bluffing the turn sometimes. If you're 100% for value then it's really easy for opponents to just fold to you. The question is then if this is one of the hands you want to bluff. @StratoMan makes some strong points as to why checking seems good and I agree with him. I also think you likely don't have a ton of fold equity on the turn either so that's another argument for checking back.

I always bet when i get one pair and i have a draw from the flop, but probably like everyone said, maybe its not the best option? Maybe depends on the player, if he floats a lot? or has a high fold to cbet turn?

What should we be doing if this same hand was cold called by the BTN? oop should we be C/C turn? bet? think that C/F its very weak with that hand. Ty.
