No need to make it 45bb, not really sure what that achieves other than awkward stack sizes if you miss. 25bb would have been better and ideal.

I'm giving up on this flop, don't think we get too much to fold in the way of pocket pairs.

30bb would be my standard pre flop.

On the flop I see no need to c bet, we're way ahead/way behind. Re-evaluate on the turn. If they're fish then their range is wider than just pocket pairs.

Shoving pre flop can't be bad now that there's a caller, even if they're not getting in much worse there's enough dead money in the pot to be happy to take down. That said I would still normally 4 bet to encourage them to shove as a bluff.

I'd make it the 30bb area. These guys will make their mind up either way. I don't think you need to be shoving over the 3 bet at all. Also you're 166bbs deep against one guy and if he's a big whale then I'd be happy to see a decent flop and go with it.

But this flop vs 2 opponents I feel just fold and move on.

Make it big. No idea why you would want to make it small pre when you have AK suited against 2 fish. Seems obvious to get more money in the pot especially if they peal a lot.

Flop just jam we have plenty of equity and can get called by worse. So much money in the pot that check folding would be bad with 2 overs, backdoor straight draw and backdoor nut flush draw.
