I think the first mistake is pre-fop, should be a 3bet or fold, never going to play so well OOP.

I'd take their flop cbet as a check and make it around $1.20 and lead the turn and x-f on that river as it's pretty bad for us.

Yes you need to raise these bets. You want value with your hand and you dont want them to be able to draw for this cheap price.

I understand that now. But wat if the sizing was halfpot, 60%-pot or 75% pot?
Preflop vs a weak opponent fold cant be good? Always 3-bet? What do you think Prostaker?

If the sizing was 60% or more I'd just flat, raising a bet size of 60%+ is too thin. Would take the cal, call, fold line if they bet bigger, it's weak but it's why I don't call with this shand pre.

I'll like pre-flop call. I think its OK against CO.

I would be check-raising flop. this small bets usually are 2-3rd pair or draw. After we raise flop I would continue with aggression on turn.

We nee to defend QJo vs CO open and even much lighter than that.

Preflop: defend for me these days especially if I think villain is on the weaker side.
Flop: I raise anything 1/2 pot of smaller even if I have air versus a weak player like this, so I laughingly raise that silly weak bet and expect a lot of folds. Let's face it if villain had a huge hand would they make such a small bet? My guess is no.
Turn: I'd fire again for about 2/3 to charge the draws and one pair holdings, but I'd really like a fold from villain now as well, my hand isn't that great.
River: Well that sucks, chk/fold, kick the poor old dog yet again, move on. On a blank I'd go for a bit of value to get paid by Ax that hit.

I fold this pre. ATo and KJo are my worst offsuit combos BB vs CO for 3bb opens.

Flop is a raise imo, absolutely no need to let him draw cheaply. We also better define our hand if he does come back over the top.

If villain calls our raise then I would bet turn for value and check fold the river without any decent reads.
