Don't like the call pre flop, would rather 3bet than call. Our hand is a bluff catcher on the flop, think you played it okay overall but dislike our pre-flop action.

I like the flop bet once he checks but wouldn't bluff the turn without improving. Too many players will check call flop and turn with hands like 9x and TT, you just don't have that much fold equity. Most players will also c bet their draws so we don't need to worry about charging them.
