I would lead the river for value here. Checking I don't see us inducing much here in such a small pot. I would bet to just try to get something or anything to call us.

It's close but I don't think leading is max EV here. The pot size is so small, even if he calls a 3/4 pot bet half of the time we're still not having a great result. I think he's more likely to stab for a sizing like that himself with his hands that have absolutely no showdown value, therefor I like the check.

Usually underbet turn is good in practice. Although this is one of the few hands where it's probably better to x/c in theory.

As played, we don't want to rely too much on our opponents to do our betting for us. We definitely want to be leading the river for value as opposed to checking.
