Ok I don't generally give a lot of credit here and we're 3 handed.
After turn goes check/check, what would your thoughts be on the river play?
Do you think this is worth a check down? As we beat a lot of his flop bluffs that gave up.
Or do we put a potential 8 under pressure here and go for a decent size bet?

Me(SB) $10
Player 6(BB) $11.49 - VP:40 PFR:20 AF:0.5 W:50|100 STL:50|0 3B:0| CB:|0 N:1.65 Hands:5
Player 3(BTN) $10.32 - VP:40 PFR:20 AF:Inf. W:0| STL:50|0 3B:0| CB:100| N:1 Hands:5

Pre Flop: Me(SB) with [Kd,As]
Player 3(BTN) folds,
Me(SB) raises 0.25,
Player 6(BB) calls 0.20

Flop: (8c,Qs,Qd)(2 players)
Pot - 0.60
Me(SB) bets 0.30,
Player 6(BB) raises 0.90,
Me(SB) calls 0.60

Turn: 6d (2 players)
Pot - 2.40
Me(SB) checks,
Player 6(BB) checks

River: 9s (2 players)
Pot - 2.40
Me(SB)?

I think I would prefer check calling the flop as pocket pairs are never folding, and all we're doing is folding out worse hands. C betting can't be bad though as if we hit on the turn we're good a high percentage of the time.

As played I would check the river and hope that he checks behind his worse Ax. At least this way you have a profitable check because he will give up and we win a fair amount. Turning what could be the best hand into a bluff muddys the waters a bit here I think, I really don't know how often he's folding.
