Wanted to get people's feedback on this flop shove. Because the guy raised so large and teh board was pretty wet I just decided to shove thinking maybe he had some sets or 2 pair. Hindsight maybe it was a bit much and a call and letting him spew off some more chips would have been better

oh and it is anon so I don't have any stats available. Kind of remember thinking this guy was a bit aggro but can't remember for sure

I don't mind it really. If he has a set or 2 pair etc, you want to get it in now as the turn can bring action killers such as any D and 9 or T. I think I'd have done the same with him raising into 3 people.

Raise he initial cbet. Villain should be strong to bet in this board multiway although his sizing makes him more likely to be capped at this stake. Giving SB and pfr a free shot with draws and sets makes no sense to me. We will also raise some of our boats on this texture so happy to add this as a value hand. I would make it about 1.8 v the .6 cbet.

AP best to make it like 5 as players at these stakes will just continue based on it not being loads more even tho our range with that size will be 100% value.

I'd start with a raise on the original cbet. It builds the pot and gives the possibility of getting all-in on the flop against the pfr. Sb's range for raising here should be really strong. Sets, maybe some 2 pair, straights, combos draws. One you flat the initial bet I'd play it the same and ship over sb's raise. It seems absurd that he's raise/folding hands 3 way with that sizing so I'd expect to be called a lot.

Lovely board to just raise flop and go for it. What the...is player 1 up to!?

Anyway, I'd raise flop 3 handed, on a 'middly' suited board like that surely somebody has something they want to go with.

Never flat here as the board is super wet, we basically cause 2 huge problems

1) Turn brings a scare card for villain to stack. If villain has say JJJ or AA and the 9d peals off we lose all action

2) If villain has a draw we are getting zero value from it.

So flop I raise around 4x on this texture.

As played it is not a bad shove and is all we can honestly do at this point,
