Anon, not much info but as usual, doesn't fold a lot to steal so far.

Question about bet sizing and streets.

Not sure how many streets I should go for with these hands. TPTK sounds nice but vulnerable obviously.

So, bet/bet chk, or bet/bet/bet? Of course I could be walking into a trap playing the latter.
Don't want to go for stacks but is 1/2 pot turn enough or maybe 3/4 better?

Thanks.

60% on the turn feels right. People so very very rarely check call flop and turn to check raise river. I would bet again here. Doesn't need to be big. We want 5x 7x 66 44 to call and if he has 88 99 so be it... maybe some A3 but that leads river I think a lot... A4 doesnt check call a suited turn and neither does 64 / sets.

We can still bet an amount here that shows a profit. People checking back these spots missing out on even small value bets at the river will significantly reduce winrates. The pot is at it's biggest by river so this is where knowing when to value bet is particularly crucial.

I would think betting 35% pot on river is about right. He calls and you are good ~ 80% of the time yields a profit of an extra 5 bb, If he folds you have him tilting over maybe getting bluffed on the river.

That is like waiting for AA, getting to 3b it, and having the 3x opener fold, and here you are taking a crap A7o and making it an AA takes it down pre win Cheeky

Your line is good.

Standard value for medium pair type hands at these stakes will still be two, unless you have a specific read indicating otherwise. Some fish will call you down with a worse 7x for sure.

As for bet sizing, I would go for a bit more value by betting 2/3 pot on flop and turn. You shouldn't be making him fold any more worse hands for the increased size here.

Note that this applies to this hand because its a BTN vs BB where BB's calling range would be very wide ( unless proven).
I like your flop bet, turn bet size can be abit bigger maybe 5.5- 6.5bb into 9.55bb as we wanna use our TPTK to balance out our draws that we bet on a turn like this. We def want some folding equity.
Finally river is a bet/fold. I would make it from 8-12bb ( unless hes a nit).
If you are ever worried you might be betting too much rivers. You may value bet A7 and check all K7- on this river. ( as you have all the over pp)

For me I'll probably find myself taking a similar line with these types of hands, thought there or some hands you can dominate such as 78 and A5 etc.

But also a few draws. Seems good to me except maybe I bet a little more on the turn thats all.
