Should I have got more aggressive on the flop and raised him?

Also looking back I think I should I have folded the River as well as is this hand really worth 3 streets of value??

Villain was 28/14 over 249 hands Agg 2.5

Pre: 3 Bet is for Value and I feel quite standard against this player.

Flop - Villain comes out with a Donk bet - looking back should I have raised him?

Turn - Called here as I felt he would double barrel all his draw plus a lot of worse Kings and 2nd pairs

River - Called river as only needed to be good 25% and with this opponent believed he may have still had some bluff's in his range (Ax hearts)

Regarding the actual results I'm not concerned with the hand that he actually showed up with here as if he continues to show up with hands like that at showdown then I will make money against him.

Pre is usually a call, but against such a villain 3 betting is great.

Your line looks fine. The river is debatable but this donk out with half pot is very often a KQ KJ type hand.

I'm usually folding the river, never expect to see worse for value, only question is whether they have bluffs here, from his passive line pre and post, I suspect we'll see 2 pair or better here.

I kinda agree with @Harvie especially when we're playing against a 14% PFR guy but given the river sizing and this particular texture it would be really hard for me to muck top-top. In any case I would go for a more aggressive play.
