vs. fish with 50bb stack!

Should I check this river when T pairs on board? He doesn't have much left in his stack. Check/calling better? Or is there enough value from 8/9x?

Maybe even shove turn?

Maybe try checking then evaluate his sizing on the river. He's going to have a lot of Tx in his range when he's able to call the flop and the turn bet. Pretty annoying but it's definitely -ev here to pay him off on the river for his whole stack.

You are river comitted with overpair and that SPR , so theres realy no decision to be made. Push.

You should potbet/overbet the flop and push the turn with overpairs against fishes in wet/connected boards. Even the ROL can be bigger against fish.

Keep in mind you are playing against a 50bb deep opponent, bet bet bet is so standard as this is a 3bet pot as well.
Well played.

It's an awkward stack size for the situation.

I think overbetting the flop with the intention of shoving a blank turn would be a better line versus this player.

As played you're not in a good spot with 1/3 potleft effective in the river.
