Seems like a well played hand to me, I don't see myself making any changes at any point. I like your sizing on every street and on the river we have a sigh and a fold on our hands, I would be pretty surprised to see worse get shown down here if we click the call button. Nice hand.

Played it perfect, the river shove is almost never a bluff and always a straight. Folding.

Well played. Check/check/massive lead is the staple honest line of recreational players. Unless you know your opponent is confirmed maniac I wouldn't hero call on this flop texture.

You can go for a lead on the flop or go for the x/r, both seem good. So flop is good, turn definitely keep betting and I like your size. River sucks. Since villain called in the sb I'd expect him to have quite a wide range which will unfortunately have a lot of 8x. Even some of his missed flush draws will have an 8c or 3c in it so I don't think I can justify a call on the river. I also agree with Matt that this is typically a very honest play by villain. If you look back into your database for hands like this I bet you'll find villain had close to the nuts a vast majority of the time.

I like the flop lead on this texture when many micro stakes players will play draws passively and hope it checks around.

Turn is obviously standard, and the river will almost always be a straight. 5NL players don't as a rule turn showdown value into a bluff pretty much ever. Once villain calls you twice the only air he has are missed flush draws.
