This is a bit of an awkward spot as we won't often know where we are postflop OOP vs two opponents so a cold 4bet/f may be good and it looks really strong from this position vs the UTG, and MP 3bet. Also if we call, we don't know what UTG will do after.

Other than that I don't dislike your fold at all, but I'm not sure calling is good.

Folding is fine here vs 2 tight opponents.

A fine fold. Cold calling 3 bets is fraught with danger at the best of time.

But here it's a guy 3 betting an UTG open. These spots get more awkward when it's a LP open and you have a hand like this.
