The first point I'd make here is that making assumptions about villains play over 80 hands is pretty unwise, particularly about their post flop tendencies.

Pre: Fine.

Flop: I'm OK with either betting small like we have, or also with a check call. My preference would lean towards check calling though as pot controlling here is good for us. If villain is going to invest more money this hand will work better as a calling hand rather than a betting one as getting value from worse will be tricky.

Turn: I'm not a fan of double barrelling here. What are you trying to accomplish exactly?

River: We beat flush draws and lose to all value. I doubt he will be bluffing his flush draws enough here to make calling profitable so I'm OK with letting this one go.

If you had more info about your opponent you might even call this pre. Otherwise, 3bet should be better by default. I'm also not a huge fan of betting the flop, I think check/call makes more sense and leads to fewer awkward spots. As played turn is most certainly an overplay and you should be getting away from this hand on the river.
