Flop.....really no good reason to float here. We are going to need at least a Kx or a draw at the absolute minimum.

CO versus BTN makes this an easy call pre against most regs. This guy looks tight enough where it's probably an ok set mine on its own.

Once we see this flop it's easy to get away. Villain's range has a ton of Ax Kx combos for 3 betting in position that makes floating a really bad choice. A tight guy like this is unlikely to have much stuff like T9s in his bluff range at all.
