Anon. Multiway I didn't rep the flop and decided to shut down on the turn - bad decision? When facing this river are we calling?

Defo not folding the river for that size.

Nasty flop and nasty turn for our hand, I am thinking about betting but it may be a little thin against 2 players in this spot. HU I may bet the flop to charge draws and PP.

River I call and take note, don't have to be right often and they could just be taking a stab.

I like the PF bet size and I don't mind checking to 2 players on the flop and would probably bet the same flop HU. I'd definitely have bet the turn after it was checked around to charge draws or worse pairs and as played would definitely call the river bet.

Snap call.

I like the line and this river is a very easy call. We have basically achieved what we wanted which is to induce or get villain to bet worse. We can just call this and I expect to be ahead most of the time or at least in the long run making money given the price.

I like your line. It's totally fine to try to strengthen your flop checking range by playing those second pair type hands like that. As for the river, I'd never fold vs. this small sizing.
