First hand 1 - just bet, so many pairs/two pairs and pair + draws calling and a few turn cards can kill our action. I keep betting and I'm not folding at any point.


Hand 2 - I think you played it fine, love the turn raise, cooler.

Pretty much what Harvie said. Skipping the flop bet with queens is a huge mistake given the stakes. I'd go for a simple bet/bet/bet line and given the fact that even the nittiest of villains 3bet KK-AA at least some % I'm not planning on folding at any point in the hand.

Hand 1: No reason not to aim for three streets with a set here. Just bet bet bet. It's also important to note that if a 4 straight appears not only can you end up with the worse hand but it also kills your action.

Hand 2: Line is spot on. OOP you want to avoid letting him check comfortably behind when he might have something which will pay but is playing typically passive
