Usually when I'm in a spot like this, where villian has few combo of value hands and is unlikely that he is bluffing, he usually has those value hands
IMO it's always more likely that he does some FPS play for value than as a bluff. So even the turn I might fold because I don't expect him to bluff that often and we really won't like any river card. River I'd fold for sure.
He might also play 67dd/78dd like this if he opens them UTG

I like your line simply because it's so weird for him to ever play the top of his range by checking back the flop but if you find yourself donating money in those kinds of spots (where villain 'pretends' to be capped by checking back in the spots where it doesn't make sense) you should make notes and reevaluate. That 9h on the river kinda seals the deal for me since it's so hard for him to have a strong hand especially with A on the board.

Very strange line after villain checks the flop. I think we can call down here as we have no blockers to what villain is repping so they can be betting some J/Q/Kd type hands.

Considering we have 33,77,99 and possibly A9s then AQo sometimes AKo if utg us tight, I'm not worried about check folding this otr and not being exploited. It is a weird line but villain can check back some fd otf, maybe AA sometimes not knowing what to do so I don't think he will have no value hands here. We also if course have a tonne if flushes yourself so I would be very happy folding this otr and if he over bluffs meh, we have a decent enough range otr to make his bluffs -EV

I agree. We also don't block and of his flushes and i think betting this turn with this holding against UTG is to wide for value. Especially against a player with the name EVforsale. I assume this type of player has at least some idea about poker in general.
