ATo is not in my UTG range unless there are at least 1 giant fish sitting at the table.

As played river is close... I think he can't really beat us here after his turn play so I'm inclined to call OTR but not sure tbh.

I think your check on the flop is good as we have a dry board and we're balancing our range here and we're able to call against multiple bets. I think his line just doesn't make sense. So I call the river and feel pretty good about it.

In table where are fish i like OR ATo in UTG, I like check in flop to induce and if we bet here only call beter hand, then, check/call is prefect, turn check again to not folding his bluff, but river i prefer make bet, 1/2pot maybe he have Kdxd or A7-A8 i dont know but these villain like call 2nd pair or card high
