I think it's fine. He doens't have many 6x in his calling range and he might look you up with a pair since the FD missed. Stove vs a range of TT-77 and maybe some 67s and see what you get?

As you're a little deeper, make the flop bigger, around 90 cents, this will allow you to go bigger on the turn and shove the river for less than a pot size bet.

I like your line, I'm always shoving the river, gg if they have a 6, but expecting to see over pairs a lot.

I'd bet more on the turn but apart from that looks fine. He will turn up with 6x, TT sometimes, but most of the time you are stacking his overpairs.

I'd bump the sizing on the flop and the turn a bit but other than that I like your line. You're definitely sufficiently polarized here to induce a lot of bad calls from your opponents.
