after seeing all the hands you post I think you need to work on betsize. You do a lot of small betsizes that puts you into trouble and they are always, from this sample, quite face up. Start thinking more about how you want to play your whole range.

This is most likely a mandatory preflop 3bet unless you have a very specific reason for just calling. As played I agree that this turn lead serves no function and the sizing can get you in trouble. I'd most likely x/c depending on villain's sizing and reevaluate on the river.
