Heads up is a lot about dynamics and meta game. If there's no battling gone on yet, I would have called their raise and seen a turn.

Esp at 4nl against a reg, I doubt their are adjusting their range too much HU and playing it like it was 6-max.

Mabye you know, I like to view hands from the theory side, but some "exploitive" rule of thumbs are out there which are really true, one of them:

Never go broke with TPTK against an aggressive line from a microstakes-player. 90% of times you are beat. Okay, in theory he can raise that board sometimes HU and he should have bluffs and well, mabye your line is correct in HU-Equilibrium but the average player on NL4 is not nearly aggressive enough to justify reraising for thin value here.

Some bluffs are out there and you block some twopaircombos thats why calling is better and decide street by street. Fold on flop should be really bad but call > 3bet imo.

Yes, I think in hindsight I'd agree with both of you.

Think I agree with the guys above, seems a little to fast to me. I'm far of a headsup expert though After his raise I'm calling flop and check/calling most turns to decide on the river.

I agree with everything said, just want to add that after calling the raise I'd probably be check calling most turns except hearts, still call the Ah though.

just call Flop. If he decided to xr there some kind of draw you can just let him barrel of. decide street by street is good here, nothing else you can do.

I don't hate the 3b but we have to to fold when he comes over the top. I prefer just calling 3 streets as he's going to have a lot of bluffs that we want to keep in his range and just fold if the flush hits
