If we check it's probably a check/fold at these limits. Hard for him to have a high enough river bluffing frequency when a lot his range has at least a pair. So we can just check and expect him to check back with a reasonable frequency.

At 5NL I would expect most villains to bet their Kx once you check making it probable that the river should be a value bet with our AQ almost playing like TPTK. Doesn't have to be big, I would go for around 60-70c obviously folding to a raise of any size.
