Is this a flop I should raise for protection?
Should I raise the turn or just call?

Against these player types I think the turn raise is fine, you most likely have the best hand and given their stats they can call you here with worse FDs/straight draws/ Jx/Tx.

I like it.

Flop just call we have better hands to raise to balance our draws if we want to. If villain is a fish it is OK to merge our range but he can have all sets and over pairs and TJ here still so IMO it's a bit too weak to raise.
OTT he is now telling us he has jx at best so I like the raise. Sizing is good also. If he calls and the river is a blank I bet like 30% pot max given he cant have much if anything that can call a bigger bet.

Given how bad both players look I would prefer raising the flop over the turn. You won't get 3 bet so often and there's plenty of value from worse hands. You also have position which means you can bloat the pot on the flop and turn and have the option of checking behind on the river.

The flop bet is small as well, so we don't want to allow villain to set a cheap price with his draws.

Flop is a call, turn is a good value raise imo. Looks like a blocker bet on turn to see a river.
