If we bet and he shoves I'm folding.He has all the sets and some two pair combos that will go all the way.

I think I prefer betting to checking. There's value from T8 and JT, and it's now less likely he'll semi bluff shove as T8 has showdown value. Second pair type hands will call again some percentage but are unlikely to bet the river if we check making it easy to play.

This is an ugly spot to be in out of position. You hope he has KQ / 88 and not 77 99. I am ok with checking the turn and seeing what he does. If we do bet and he shoves I think mostly he has 77 99 here, if he is a reg he is not shoving here with KQ / 88.

It feels sickening to bet / fold turn, but I think in these spots people show up with pairs more than connectors, leaning more to 77 than 99 as 99 would sometimes 3b here to a min open.

Would this be a spot to even check the flop? We need to have some value hands in our range which will check flops. We also would allow them to bluff, and reduce the streets of betting to two if they both check.

I agree with Turlock here. For me this is going to be another bet on the turn and then fold to if raised. We beat KQ and QJ, also JT will call the flop and spike a pair. So you have a fair few hands you can get value from and protect from.

Looking back at this now, and this can help myself in these situations too... I think we have to really bet bigger on the flop vs two opponents.
As played when you get the call on the flop, we're now put in a tough situation where if we bet half pot on the turn, we've invested 56bbs and it's a sick spot to have to fold to a raise. So I think with there being two players, and some straights out there vs what looks like a fishy 93bb guy. We bet larger for value and make the turn less disgusting for ourselves if he reraises. So basically we're playing a two street game.

We bet 23bbs on the flop... Pot on turn is 78bbs, villain has around 60bb remaining. We jam. Basically then if he out drew you with QT or KJ then that's bad luck but we make JT pay and, make value from worse Q's etc.

You say villain is a reg, he doesn't even top up...

When he has 99 and the pot is this big it's GG.

I see player 7 and player 9 so I imagine this is FR? Haven't played FR for a while but when I did ppl didn't really adjust when it went shorthanded.

Given that, I would not be betting turn versus a reg in a multiway pot but I can't see the 1/2 pot flop bet doing anything, so I bet bigger flop or chk/c hoping they don't go silly with the chips on the turn. If they do I'm outta there.

So, it's no bet for me on turn.
